The Bureau of Reclamation intends to negotiate a sole source, option year contract with The Colville Confederated Tribe of Indians of Nespelem, WA for Tribal Burial Inspection and Recovery during the spring letdown season. The NAICS code is 541620 with a small business size standard of $16.5M. Reclamation intends to award one firm firm-fixed-price, option year contract. The anticipated award date is the last week of March. The anticipated period of performance is as follows: Base Year: April 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025 Option Year 1: April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026 Option Year 2: April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027 Option Year 3: April 1, 2027 through March 31, 2028 Option Year 4: April 1, 2028 through March 31, 2029 This requirement will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.5, simplified acquisition procedures apply. The statutory authority for Other Than Full and Open Competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements (Refer to FAR 6.302 for a list of exceptions). If firms believe they have the technical capability to meet this need, submit a technical capability statement along with a business profile to Paula Gross at pgross@usbr.gov within five (5) business days of this notice. Any information received will be treated as market research information for future same and similar requirements. The Contracting Office reserves the right to pursue the sole source negotiation or to compete the requirement based on information received. Quotations received in response to this notice will not be accepted since this synopsis is not a request for quote.
