Presolicitation Notice - Janitorial Services for Grand Coulee Dam The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) Reclamation has a need for comprehensive janitorial services throughout the Grand Coulee Dam complex, Grand Coulee, WA 99133. This encompasses 76 separate buildings, offices, industrial shops, storage areas and publicly used areas. This contract will be a firm-fixed price contract for the base year plus four option years to be exercised at the Government's discretion under the authority of FAR clause 52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract. There is a potential for another six month extension under the authority of FAR clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, to be exercised at the Government's discretion if deemed appropriate. This procurement will utilize an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code of 561720 Janitorial Services with a Small Business Size Standard of $22 million. The product service code is S201- Housekeeping - Custodial Janitorial. Reclamation intends to award one firm firm-fixed-price contract. The anticipated date to issue the Request for Quote, 140R1723R0002, (written) is approximately the second week in July 2023. The anticipated closing date is the second week of August. The anticipated award date is the third week of September. Prospective vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to the closing of this solicitation. All dates in this notice are subject to change. Any amendments applicable to the solicitation will be posted at the same site. Attendance at the pre-solicitation site visit is highly recommended to all interested parties, the date of which will be stated in the solicitation. The initial period of performance (base year) shall be Award of Contract award date plus 12 months, with four (4) 1-year option years to renew. The anticipated period of performance is: This service will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 15. The Government will evaluate quotes based on factors listed in the solicitation.
