In addition to the purchase and installation, the requirement also involves the removal and disposal/recycle of the existing light fixtures. This will be a 1:1 fixture swap of 325 fixtures. The anticipated issue date for Request for Quote, 140R1723Q0067, (written) is approximately the second week of August 2023. The anticipated award date is the fourth week of August 2023. Reclamation intends to award one fixed-price supply contract. Prospective vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to awarding any contract resulting from this solicitation. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 335132 Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional Electric Lighting Fixture Manufacturing. The applicable Product Service Code is 6210, Indoor and Outdoor Electric Lighting Fixtures. The small business size standard is 600 employees. These items will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13, simplified acquisition procedures apply. This requirement will be a Total Small Business Set-aside.
