The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) Reclamation has a need to the re-manufacture of a 150 GPM @ 250 PSI, Type XX Herringbone oil pumps and associated motors for use on Main Unit Generator Governor oil systems at the Grand Coulee Dam. The governor oil pumps are required for the governor oil systems on main unit generator governor systems at Grand Coulee Dam and Powerplant. This acquisition is 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES. We anticipate issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ) by June 8, 2023, but all dates in this notice are subject to change. Any amendments applicable to the solicitation will be posted at the same site. The Government anticipates awarding a single, firm-fixed-price/time & materials mix contract with a period of performance of 6/26/2023 ¿ 7/28/2023, depending on actual award date. The anticipated date to issue the Request for Quote, 140R1723Q0045, (written) is approximately the first week of June 2023. The anticipated closing date is the second week of June. The anticipated award date is the third week of June. Prospective vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time a quote is submitted. This requirement will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, simplified acquisition procedures apply. The Government will evaluate quotes based on factors listed in the solicitation.
