This SOURCES SOUGHT notice is for informational and planning purposes only and is not a solicitation. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to gain knowledge of interested Charter Bus contractors. Responses to this Sources Sought notice will be used by the government in making appropriate acquisition decisions. The government will not entertain questions concerning this market research. The Bureau of Reclamation, Columbia-Pacific Northwest Region, is conducting market research for a for a future procurement to acquire charter bus services for the Grand Coulee Power Office, Grand Coulee, WA. Reclamation intends to award one firm-fixed price order. The order will be for one-year base period, and four one-year option periods. This requirement is for two buses with a minimum seating capacity of 22 passengers with two drivers for seven days a week, from 0900 to 1700 hours beginning May 24, 2023 until September 4, 2023. These buses will drive a route for a tour of the Grand Coulee Dam which will last approximately 50 minutes for eight tours a day. The bus shall be accessible for people with disabilities, to include a device for the accommodation of wheelchairs. The NAICS code is 485510, Charter Bus Industry with a Small Business Size Standard of $19 million. Potential offerors having the capabilities necessary to meet the needs of this requirement are invited to provide a capabilities statement. The capability statement shall include the following: 1. Company name and point of contact information 2. Unique Entity Identifier 3. Small Business Size/Certification (to include 8(a), HUBZone, EDWOSB, etc) 4. Description of capability to perform charter bus services for this requirement 5. Past performance/experience on contracts of similar sizes Note: If submitting past performance/experience on a project in the role of a subcontractor, include the primary contractors name and quantifiable amount (percentage) of the project your company contributed to the overall scope of work. Interested parties can email their capabilities statements and relevant history to Don Richer at dricher@usbr.gov. Responses are due no later than 5:00 PM ET, Tuesday, March 7, 2023. All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition. Response is strictly voluntary; no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this sources sought notice or any follow-up information requests.
