The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region, Grand Coulee Power Office has a requirement for a plunger valve assembly. The anticipated issue date for the Request for Quote, 140R1723Q0004, (written) is approximately the second week of June 2023. The anticipated award date is the third week of July 2023. Reclamation intends to award one fixed-price supply contract. Prospective vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to awarding any contract resulting from this solicitation. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 332911, Industrial Valve Manufacturing. The applicable Product Service Code is 4810, Valves, powered. The small business standard size is 750 employees. These item(s) will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13, simplified acquisition procedures apply. This requirement will be issued as a Small Business set-aside. All eligible responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. The Intent of this notice is to determine the availability of Contractors that can provide a plunger valve assembly per the attached draft specifications. The assembly is for the Bureau of Reclamation located in Yakima, WA. A draft copy of the specifications is attached to this notice. Please be advised that it is only a draft copy as the final revisions have not been completed yet. Potential offerors having product capabilities necessary to meet the needs of the described requirement are invited to provide a capabilities statement and product literature via email at jwahl@usbr.gov.
