Reclamation intends to award one fixed-price contract. The anticipated date to issue the Request for Quote, 140R1722Q0022, (written) is approximately the last week of April. The anticipated closing date is the second week of May. The anticipated award date is the middle of May. Prospective vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to awarding any contract resulting from this solicitation. The Government anticipates an Option Year Contract with a Base and four (4) option years to be awarded to a single vendor. The estimated Period of Performance is: Base Year: 6/1/2022-5/31/2023 Option Year 1: 6/1/2023-5/31/2024 Option Year 2: 6/1/2024-5/31/2025 Option Year 3: 6/1/2025-5/31/2026 Option Year 4: 6/1/2026-5/31/2027 These Services will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 13, simplified acquisition procedures apply. This requirement is a total small business set-aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Government will evaluate quotes based on factors listed in the solicitation. The US Bureau of Reclamation (USBR) has a requirement for quarterly maintenance on the HVAC system at the Columbia Cascades Area Office in Yakima, WA. The HVAC System was installed December 2011, and consists of 7 Carrier units with Genteq motors, Thermostats, Economizer and two exhaust fans. This is a restricted set-aside under NAICS code 811310. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
