The Bureau of Reclamation, Grand Coulee Power Office, has a requirement for a 12¿ (Nominal Diameter) instant opening Pressure Relief Valve. The valve will be used at locations within Grand Coulee Dam and Pumping Plant for unfiltered river water. This requirement is being procured in accordance with Part 12 and 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue this requirement as full and open competition.
