The anticipated issue date for the solicitation, 140R1719Q0074, (written) is approximately the third week of October 2019. The solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpps and FedConnect. The anticipated award date is the first week of December 2019. Reclamation intends to award one fixed-price supply contract. General specifications: Protective Relay Test System shall have direct front panel display screen interface for all functions, furnished with all necessary output channels and inputs for protection and control relay testing, designed to easily test single overcurrent relays to multi-terminal end-to-end schemes, capable of testing old electromechanical relays as well as modern microprocessor-based relays.
