Y--Conconully Dam, WA, Safety of Dams Modification
The Bureau of Reclamation is conducting a Sources Sought/Industry Day for the Conconully Dam Seismic Modifications project, solely for market research and planning and not as a solicitation or commitment. Anticipated work includes utility coordination, clearing, instrumentation removal, earthwork, deep soil mixing, outlet works tunnel/lining/extension, bypass pumping or siphon flows, outlet works piping and valve house construction, channel work, stability berm and drainage systems, fiber optic sensing cables, relief wells, roads, security gates, fencing, a boat ramp, and restoration preparation. The Government anticipates a rough order of magnitude of $80,000,000 to $100,000,000. The projected solicitation period is late FY 2027 or early FY 2028, with an approximate 3-year period of performance. Performance is at Conconully Dam and nearby project areas including the outlet works, Salmon Creek, and Graveyard Flat borrow area.
