The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) Reclamation has a need for hydrology equipment. Equipment that is needed are various meters and various quantities. This purchase order is for USGS Type AA-Magnetic Head Current Meter, Pygmy type Magnetic Head Current Meter, AquaCalc Pro Plus handheld, USGS TopSet Wading Rod, Thermometer, USGS A-55 Sounding Reel, USGS Pygmy Pivot Assembly, USGS Price Type AA Pivot Assembly, and Pigtail for Reel to Counter Connection. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for a small business. We anticipate issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ) by June 5, 2025, but all dates in this notice are subject to change. Any amendments applicable to the solicitation will be posted at the same site. Reclamation intends to award one firm firm-fixed-price contract. The anticipated date to issue the Request for Quote, 140R1025Q0024, (written) is approximately the first week of June. The anticipated closing date is the second week of June. The anticipated award date is the fourth week of June. Prospective vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to the closing of this solicitation. This service will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, simplified acquisition procedures apply. The Government will evaluate quotes based on factors listed in the solicitation.
