Presolicitation Notice TPP Governor Air compressors The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) requires the purchase of two (2) governor air compressors with the sound level safety standard of <80 decibels per RSHS 7 and 8 section. These new High pressure air compressors are to replace the currently 25 year old High pressure air compressors that are at end of service life. W3 Mariner water cooled W3-18-100-P6 or equal. This acquisition is 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code of 335912 Air and Gas compressor manufacturing with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,000 employees. The product service code is 4310 Compressors and vacuum pumps. This RFQ is for the Third Power Plant (TPP), The TPP is in need of replacing the governor air compressors with the sound level safety standard of <80 decibels per Reclamation Safety and Health Standards 7 and 8 section. These new High pressure air compressors are to replace the currently 25 year old High pressure air compressors that are at end of service life. Looking for a replacement model equal to or equivalent to W3 Mariner water cooled W3-18-100-P6. Must meet specifications listed below. equal Reclamation intends to award one firm-fixed-price contract. The anticipated date to issue the Request for Quote, 140R1025Q0019, (written) is approximately the third week in August 2025. The anticipated closing date is the last week in August 2025. The anticipated award date is the second week in September 2025, but all dates in this notice are subject to change. Prospective vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submission of quote. Any amendments applicable to the solicitation will be posted at the same site. This product will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, simplified acquisition procedures apply. The Government will evaluate quotes based on factors listed in the solicitation.
