PRESOLICITATION NOTICE JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR MINIDOKA DAM The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Regional Office will soon be issuing the solicitation for janitorial services for Minidoka Dam. This contract is to provide janitorial services for the Minidoka Dam Administration Building, Museum Building, Maintenance Shop/Warehouse, Minidoka and Inman Power Plant and Lube Oil Shop. This contract will be a firm-fixed price contract for the base year plus four option years to be exercised at the Governments discretion. Additionally, under the authority of 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, the Government may extend services for up to six months. This procurement will be set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code of 561720 Janitorial Services with a Small Business Size Standard of $22 million. The product service code is S201- Custodial Janitorial Services. Attendance at the pre-solicitation site visit is highly recommended to all interested parties, the date of which will be stated on the solicitation. It is anticipated the solicitation (written), 140R1024Q0015, will be posted on or before 15 June 2024.
