The work is located at Grand Coulee Dam, Nathaniel Washington Power Plant, adjacent to the cities of Grand Coulee and Coulee Dam, Washington, approximately 90 miles west of Spokane, Washington, Okanogan County. The Principal Components of Work: A. Remove and replace existing interior high-bay metal halide fixtures with new light emitting diode luminaries. B. Remove, clean, and reinstall the power plant¿s roof T-beam joints spall containment covers. C. Powerplant cleaning. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this project is 237990 ¿ Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, with a Small Business Size Standard of $45 million. The estimated magnitude for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This procurement will be an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside. Bids will be accepted from all responsive and responsible ISBEE concerns. Prospective contractors shall be registered in the Government point of entry, System for Acquisition Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Contractors shall note that this solicitation is estimated to be issued by August 31, 2024, and when solicited it will be available electronically at www.sam.gov.

This market research is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of interested firms and will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition planning decisions. The work is located at Grand Coulee Dam, Nathaniel Washington Power Plant, adjacent to the cities of Grand Coulee and Coulee Dam, Washington, approximately 90 miles west of Spokane, Washington, Okanogan County.
