Notice of Proposed Contracting Action The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region, Tributary Habitat Program intends to issue a Request for Qualifications for an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for Architect and Engineering (A&E) and other professional services. This IDIQ will support the Tributary Habitat Program¿s efforts to improve fish habitat in the Columbia and Snake River basins above Bonneville Dam, excluding areas of Idaho that are south of and including the Clearwater basin. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541330 - Engineering Services with a small business size standard of $25.5 million. This procurement will be advertised as being a total small business set-aside. Prospective contractors shall be registered and active in the System for Acquisition Management (SAM) in order for their proposal to be considered responsive.
