JEFFERSON COUNTY LAW ENFORCEMENT - HAYSTACK RESERVOIR/DAM This is a notice of Sole Source Intent. This is not a request for competitive quotes. The Bureau of Reclamation, Columbia-Pacific Northwest Regional Office intends to award a purchase order for Law Enforcement and Security Surveillance for the Haystack Reservoir, Haystack Dam, and surrounding areas in Jefferson County, Oregon. Reclamation has found that Jefferson County Sheriff¿s Department to be the only source able to successfully complete the required services. The award will be for a period of 12 months, with 4 each 12-month option years. Reclamation believes that only one responsible source can fully provide the services that will satisfy the agency¿s requirements. The Government anticipates award no later than August 31, 2023. Vendors that have questions regarding the sole source nature of the requirement or vendors that believe they can fulfill the requirements are encouraged to give written notification to the Contract Specialist with 7 calendar days of this notice.
