DIERINGER DAIRY FARM REMEDIATION Pre-Solicitation Synopsis In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 5.2.3(a), this is the official synopsis that the Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) intends to issue a written Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about May 1, 2023 for Environmental Remediation Services. A brief synopsis of the services required is as follows: The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, consumable supplies to process BOR property, approximately 103 acres, for environmental remediation. The property was a former dairy farm. The Contractor shall provide adequate personnel with the necessary expertise, qualifications, and experience to assure performance of the work in accordance with sound, safe, and efficient management practices. The solicitation number is 140R1023Q0005. The solicitation, amendments, and any other information will be issued in electronic format only and will be available on or about May 1, 2023 through the Federal Government Electronic Posting System, www.SAM.gov. No additional media (CD-ROM, floppy disk, faxes, email, etc.) will be provided. Paper solicitations will not be available. This solicitation is classified as Small Disadvantaged Business set-aside.
