Sources Sought Synopsis 140R1022Q0019 The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) is issuing this updated sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for non-promotional awards. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 321999 All Other Miscellaneous Wood Product Manufacturing with a size standard of 500 employees. The primary service code is 9905. A DRAFT Statement of Work is attached, please review. BOR is developing a five-year contract Master Blanket Purchase Agreement for non-monetary awards to support the entire agency. There is no solicitation at this time. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for quotes/proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: 1) Company name and Point of Contact information 2) DUNS number 3) Small Business Size/Certification (to include 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB etc.) *If WOSB please indicate if the company is SBA certified or pending SBA certification. The certification status can no longer be self-certified. 4) Tailored capability statements addressing the questions listed on page 5 in the statement of work. 5) Any recommend changes or improvements to the statement of work. The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to: 1) Provide supplies consistent in scope and scale with those described in this notice and otherwise anticipated. 2) The market research responses to this sources sought will help determine the future socio economic set-aside for this requirement.
