The Bureau of Reclamation, Columbia-Pacific Northwest Region, Columbia-Cascades Area Office has a need for construction services for Leavenworth National Fish Hatchery Surface Water Intake Fish Screen Phase I. Work is located approximately 4 miles southwest of Leavenworth, WA in Chelan County. The principal components of work consist of: Demolition of above grade wooden structures, earthwork, outfall, dewatering of site, cast-in-place concrete, gates, fish screens, mechanical systems, electrical systems, and miscellaneous metalwork features. This requirement will be competed as a Small Business Set Aside Request for Proposal. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this project is 237990. The small business size standard applicable to this project is $39.5 million. Proposals will be accepted from all responsive and responsible businesses. An electronic copy of the solicitation will be issued on or about May 07, 2021 at www.beta.sam.gov, however, dates in this notice are subject to change. The solicitation will close approximately 30 days after its issuance. Any amendments applicable to the solicitation will be posted at the same site. To take advantage of business opportunities with the Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) and the Department of the Interior (DOI) you must register your firm with the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Reclamation intends to award one firm fixed-price contract. In accordance with FAR 36.204(f), the magnitude for this project is between $10,000,000.00 and $15,000,000.00.
