The Bureau of Reclamation seeks a Provider/Offeror to: Provide Janitorial and Related Services, located the Umatilla Field Office Building, Hermiston, OR, 97838 and the McKay Field Office Building, Pendleton, OR, 97801. The contractor shall provide the labor, supervision, manpower, and equipment necessary to provide Janitorial and Related Services, such as: Cleaning of general office areas, restrooms, and drinking fountains; microwave ovens; removal of bugs from light fixtures; vacuuming or mopping all floors; cleaning windows; gathering and disposing of garbage and cardboard; cleaning debris around outside entrance doors; wet shampoo/extraction method for cleaning carpets and best industry method for cleaning upholstered chairs, and other duties as requested. The awarded Contractor shall be responsible for performing all work under this contract in accordance with all Federal, State, County, and City laws, and codes, and follow the more stringent of them. In addition to compliance with these laws, the awarded Contractor shall follow all applicable standard industry practices including, but not limited to: Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA). The North American Industry Classification System Code for this potential acquisition is 561720 Janitorial Services. The Small Business size standards under this NAICS code $19.5M.
