This is a Pre-Solicitation announcement only. This is not a request for proposals, quotations, or bids and no purchase order will be awarded from this notice. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 5.2.3(a), this is the official synopsis that the Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about April 20, 2021 for Aggregate Base Course Material to build shoreline protection at two (2) locations on Salmon La Sac Road in Ronald Washington. A brief synopsis of the services required is as follows: The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, consumable supplies to deliver Aggregate Base Course Material to build shoreline protection at two (2) locations on Salmon La Sac Road in Ronald, Washington. The Contractor shall provide all consumable supplies. The Contractor shall provide adequate personnel with the necessary expertise, qualifications, and experience to assure performance of the work in accordance with sound, safe, and efficient management practices. The solicitation number is 140R1021Q0024. The solicitation, amendments, and any other information will be issued in electronic format only and will be available on or about April 28, 2021 through the Federal Government Electronic Posting System, www.beta.SAM.gov. No additional media (CD-ROM, floppy disk, faxes, email, etc.) will be provided. Paper solicitations will not be available. This solicitation will be a set aside for all Small Business concerns. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 212319 ¿ Other Crushed and Broken Stone Mining and Quarrying with a size standard of 500 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 5610. This solicitation will result in the awarding of a Firm Fixed Price contract under Federal Acquisition Regulation Parts 12 and 13 for a period of performance from August 15, 2021 to September 15, 2021.
