Work is located approximately 10 miles west of Connell, Washington in Franklin County. Principal components of the work to be performed in accordance with the specifications includes reconstructing park roads, campground and day use area roads and parking lot. The project is expected to be completed in October 2021. This requirement will be competed as a small business set aside invitation for bid. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237310 and the small business size standard, applicable to this project is $39.5 million. Bids will be accepted from all responsive and responsible businesses. An electronic copy of the solicitation will be issued on or about March 22, 2021 at www.fedconnect.net and beta.SAM.gov, but all dates in this notice are subject to change. The solicitation will close approximately 30 days after its issuance. Any amendments applicable to the solicitation will be posted at the same site. To take advantage of business opportunities with the Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) and the Department of the Interior (DOI) you must register your firm with the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Reclamation intends to award one firm fixed-price contract. In accordance with FAR 36.204(f), the magnitude for this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.

The intent of this notice is to announce the impending solicitation to be released on or about February 1, 2021, with an anticipated award date on or about April 2, 2021. The Period of Performance (POP) is anticipated to about 10 weeks. The Period of Performance will be decided at time of award. As this is a construction requirement and provides a service to the Government, the non-manufacturer rule does not apply. Period of Performance is August 2, 2021 ¿ October 6, 2021.
