The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region, Grand Coulee Dam ¿ Columbia Basin Project, Washington has a requirement to supply and install up to two medium sized service station transformers and a hatch cover at the Third Power Plant. Work is located at Grand Coulee Dam, adjacent to the Cities of Grand Coulee and Coulee Dam Washington, approximately 90 miles west of Spokane, Washington in Okanogan County. This requirement will be advertised as a firm-fixed price, invitation for bid. The contract shall be administered as a hybrid construction/supply contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this project is 335311; Power, Distribution, and Specialty Transformer Manufacturing. The small business size standard applicable to this project is 750 employees. There is a Non-Manufacturer Class Waiver in place for this NAICS code. This procurement will be a total small business set-aside. The anticipated order of magnitude for this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Offers will be accepted from all responsive and responsible Small Business concerns. Prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Acquisition Management (SAM).
