Pre-solicitation notice 140R1020B0003 now supersedes pre-solicitation notice 140R1019R0006 originally posted on 9/23/2019 to best align with fiscal year 2020 initiatives. The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region, Regional Office, Boise, ID has a requirement for a five (5) year Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract type for Turbine Runners Cavitation Repair. The requirement is for construction at the Hungry Horse Powerplant/Dam, Flathead County, Montana. The worksite is located at Hungry Horse Field Office (Powerplant/Dam) located on the South Fork of the Flathead River, 15 miles south of the west entrance to Glacier National Park and 20 miles northeast of Kalispell, Montana. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this project is 238190, Other Foundation, Structure, and Building Contractors. The small business size standard in annual dollar revenue is $16.5 million. The order of magnitude for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.00. This procurement will be a total set aside for small business. Offers will be accepted from all responsible responsive small business concerns.
