Respo... This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS and is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this Market Research and Sources Sought Notice is to gain knowledge of interested Electrical contractors. Responses to this Sources Sought Synopsis will be used by the government in making appropriate acquisition decisions. The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region, anticipates a future procurement to remove and replace three, 1200’ high voltage electrical cables within a confined conduit at the Cle Elum Dam in Roslyn, WA. At a minimum, this requirement will include: • Remove and dispose of 1200’ of 3 lines of cable. • Replace three lines of cable with three new #2 copper shielded power cables, jacketed 5KV insulated, EPR type/133% insulation level, along with a #2 green insulated grounding conductor. • Install new electrical equipment consisting of terminations, fuses, and surge arrestors at terminal pole end. • At the transformer vault end install three new load break elbows for termination on to the existing transformer. Sources are being sought for firms with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code of 237130 Power and Communication Line and Related Structures Construction with a Small Business Size Standard of $36.5 million. This NAICS code is on the procurement list for Woman Owned Small Businesses (WOSB). Responses are requested with the following information: 1. Offerors' name, address, points of contact with telephone numbers and e-mail addresses. 2. Business size/classification to include any designations as Small Business, HUBZone, Woman owned, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, or 8(a) shall be indicated on first page of submission. 3.
