This announcement is being amended to correct the applicable NAICS code to 212321, Construction Sand and Gravel Mining, with a size standard of 500 employees. The previously published notice used NAICS code 115112. This is a supply/ product requirement, therefore interested vendors within the socioeconomic categories shall be in compliance with FAR clauses 52.219-14, 52.219-3, 52.219-27, 52.219-29 or 52.219-30, as applicable to the socioeconomic category, and with regard to the manufacturing of supplies. Any interested vendors who responded to the initial notice, shall also respond to this notice in order for consideration to be given for set-aside type. The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Regional Office, is posting a Sources Sought notice to determine interest by contractors of all business sizes for construction materials for the Schaake Habitat Improvement Project. The Project lies south and west of the city of Ellensburg, WA and was formerly the site of a cattle feedlot and packing house. The infrastructure associated with this business was removed following Reclamation¿s purchase of the property, with the exception of a pump house that still remains. The Project includes the construction of side channels and removal of the existing levee. A new flood protection berm will be constructed in an alignment away from the river. Period of Performance is anticipated with construction beginning in June 2019 through November 2019. Interested parties are asked to provide the following information: a) Business Name and DUNS number b) Contact information c) Business size and any additional socioeconomic classification(s) d) Expressed interest in providing a quote This is NOT a Request for Proposal or Invitation for Bids and does not constitute any commitment by the Government. The Government will not pay for information received in response to this notice. All interested sources must respond to future solicitation announcements separately from responses to this Sources Sought notice. Information obtained through this notice may be used to determine the potential for issuing a future solicitation for this project with a small business set-aside, and to provide input for the Government¿s overall acquisition strategy.
