The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Regional Office, requires construction equipment for the Schaake Habitat Improvement Project. The Project lies south and west of the city of Ellensburg, WA. The upcoming opportunity is for construction equipment rental. The construction equipment is needed beginning June 2019. The equipment listed in the solicitation is for Reclamation crews to complete the excavation and habitat construction work. The scope of work includes providing the specified rental equipment for the duration needed, delivering the equipment, performing any necessary equipment service/ repair during the rental duration, and removing the equipment from site upon completion. The applicable NAICS code is 532412, Construction, Mining, and Forestry Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing, with a size standard of $32.5 million. Delivery of equipment is anticipated to start June 2019 with final equipment delivery occurring approximately until November 2020. The specific dates of delivery and quantities of equipment are defined in the solicitation. Reclamation intends to award one firm fixed-price contract utilizing FAR Part 12 and Part 13. Any award will be based on the best value to the Government. Construction is scheduled to occur May through November of 2019, and the equipment listed in the attachment will be for Reclamation crews to complete the excavation and habitat construction work. The scope of work includes providing the specified rental equipment for the duration needed, delivering the equipment, performing any necessary equipment service/ repair during the rental duration, and removing the equipment from site upon completion. The applicable NAICS code is 532412, Construction, Mining, and Forestry Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing, with a size standard of $32.5 million. Period of Performance is anticipated with construction beginning in May 2019 through November 2019.
