The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Regional Office, is posting an amended Sources Sought notice to determine interest by contractors of all business sizes for an upcoming Construction requirement for the Wishpoosh Campground adjacent to Cle Elum Reservoir, about 8 miles northwest of Cle Elum, Washington in Kittias County. Wishpoosh Campground Improvements - This announcement is to small business, 8(a) Small Business, HUBZone Small Business, Woman-Owned Small Business and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns that may be interested in performing a contract for the Pacific Northwest Region of the Bureau of Reclamation. The work to be performed is described below. Based upon response to this announcement, the Government may determine to set this acquisition aside or proceed with an unrestricted solicitation. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237990 and the related small business size standard is $36.5M. This notice is NOT a request for proposal and the information presented in this announcement will not obligate the Bureau of Reclamation in any manner. The estimated cost of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The work is located at, Wishpoosh Campground adjacent to Cle Elum Reservoir, about 8 miles northwest of Cle Elum, Washington. Interested parties should include the following information in their response: (a) Business name, address, cage code, size classification based on NAICS size standard, socioeconomic classification (i.e. HUBZone and/or 8(a)), and a point of contact; (b) A positive statement of your intention to submit an offer for this solicitation as a prime contractor; (c) Brief capabilities statement that addresses experience performing similar projects as a prime contractor; and (d) Construction bonding level, aggregate and per contract. All interested parties are encouraged to respond to this notice, by e-mail to VKEEN@USBR.GOV not later than 1:00 PM MST on 10/04/2019. SYNOPSIS OF WORK The Department of Interior, Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region requires Wishpoosh Campground Improvements. The work to be performed includes: demolition earthwork, asphalt paving, and riprap necessary to raise a section of the Boat Launch road; furnishing and installing a precast concrete box culvert to convey Davis Creek under the Boat Launch road; constructing a masonry wall and installing a vault toilet in the Boat Launch parking lot; constructing a gravel-surfaced well access road; and installing anchored rootwad log structures. Project completion is expected to be 275 calendar days after notice to proceed.
