PISP-REPLACE VISITOR CENTER ROOF

This is a small business set-aside contract to replace a failing roof system on an approximately 6,000 square foot building used as a visitor center and tribal offices. The work includes installing a standing seam metal roof, replacing fascia and cupola components, and an optional lightning protection system. Performance will take place at Pipe Spring National Monument in Fredonia, Arizona. A single site visit is scheduled for August 26, 2026, and attendance requires an RSVP to the Contracting Officer.
