The National Park Service intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Well Plugging at Cuyahoga Valley National Park Summit County, Ohio (CUVA). Work consists of reclaiming two oil and gas well sites, including plugging and abandonment of the wells at Cuyahoga Valley National Park (CUVA), that were drilled, produced, and orphaned before the establishment of the park SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140PS126B0003 PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000.000.00. TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm fixed price Construction contract. Construction Wage Rate Requirements for Summit County, OH will apply. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE Classification and SET ASIDE: The NAICS is 213112 The project is set-aside for 100% Total Small Business. SITE VISIT: A site visit date, time, and meeting location will be announced in the solicitation. Offerors are highly encouraged to at tend in order to inspect the site and ensure they fully understand the requirement and conditions. PUBLICIZING: The official solicitation and its attachments will most likely be issued and available in January 2026. REGISTRATIONS: In order to be awarded a contract, an offeror must have a UEI number. Also, the offeror must be registered and active in SAM.Gov and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications at the time of the solicitation closing date.
