NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE Notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Axon Enterprise, Inc, 17800 N 85th Street, Scottsdale, Arizona 85255 United States. Axon Enterprise, Inc, will provide Tasers and associated equipment for law enforcement personnel. (See General Description below). Under authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii). The value of the contract is expected to be $10,772.73. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Expressions of Interest (EOIs), proposals or quotations. No solicitation document exists, and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of EOIs, proposals or quotations received in response to this notice. This supply will be procured under Firm Fixed Price Supply in accordance with FAR 12 procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1.
