The National Park Service, Southwest Alaska Network Nearshore Monitoring Program, has a requirement for a vessel charter for winter marine bird and mammal surveys. The survey will take place in the coastal area of Kenai Fjords National Park for a maximum of 5 days between March 1, 2022 and April 15, 2022. Detailed information is included in the solicitation package. Quotes are due at 3 PM Alaska time on December 9, 2021. The solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR Part 12 and will be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. The resultant award will be a Firm Fixed Price purchase order. The solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 483114, size standard 500 employees. Quoters must be actively registered at www.sam.gov (System for Award Management) at the time of quote submission.
