The total square footage is approximately 3443. Detailed information is included in the solicitation package. Quotes are due at 3 PM Alaska time August 20, 2021. The solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR Part 12 and will be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. The resultant award will be a Firm Fixed Price purchase order. The solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 238310, size standard $16.5 million.
