The National Park Service, Alaska Regional Office, has a requirement for a vessel charter for winter marine bird and mammal surveys in Katmai National Park. The survey will take place between March 01, 2020 and April 15, 2020 for a maximum of five (5) days. Detailed information will be included in the solicitation package. The solicitation will be available at beta.sam.gov and www.fedconnect.net on or about November 21, 2019 with quotes due December 3, 2019. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 12, and evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. The resultant award will be a Firm Fixed Price purchase order. The solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 483114, size standard 500 employees. Quoters must have a Unique Entity Identifier and be actively registered at www.sam.gov (System for Award Management) at the time of quote submission.
