The National Park Service, Denali National Park, intends to issue a sole source award to the Alaska Integrated Services for site analysis of DirectLogic equipment. The resultant award is anticipated to be a firm fixed price award. Alaska Integrated Services is the only known DirectLogic certified and authorized contractor in Alaska. There are no other known vendors that have the ability or authority to perform these services. This will be a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures per FAR 13. The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 238210 with a Small Business Size Standard of $15.0 million. This is not a request for competitive quotes, but serves as a procurement notice to fulfill public posting requirements in accordance with FAR 5.101(a)(2). No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract award will be made on the basis of proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice; however any firm that believes they have capabilities to provide this service item may give written notification to the Contracting Officer at darcy_skinner@nps.gov. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this proposed order based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
