In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, the National Park Service (NPS) intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to the ATS Alaska for building control system support at Denali National Park and Preserve. The requirement includes, but is not limited to, technology updates, system performance services, performance testing, and emergency response service for an Alterton Building Control System. This is considered a sole source to ATS Alaska, to the best of the NPS's knowledge, based on market research conducted, ATS Alaska is the only authorized dealer for Alteron in Alaska. No known potential alternate sources exist which could satisfy the NPS's requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for quote/proposal. Any interested party that believes it is capable of meeting the NPS requirement described herein may identify themselves and must provide evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement being requested by 3:00 PM AD on July 22, 2019. Responses must be submitted in writing to Darcy Skinner, via email at darcy_skinner@nps.gov no later than the time and date noted above. Telephone responses and requests will not be received. There is no bid package, solicitation, specification or drawings available with this announcement. Response is strictly voluntary; no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this sources sought announcement or any follow-up information requests. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
