Question 1: In the SOW at 2.2 it states the Contractor must follow invoicing procedures as described in Section 10, however, there is not a section 10. We assume this refers to using IPP. Please clarify. Answer: Please refer to page 16 of the solicitation regarding invoicing, "Electronic Invoicing and Payment Requirements - Invoice Processing Platform (IPP). Supply & Deliver 12,000 gallons of Off-Road Diesel or Renewable Diesel (RD99) and 75 gallons of Unleaded gasoline for Alcatraz Island, Golden Gate National Recreation Area, San Francisco, California.
