This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The National Park Service contemplates award of a firm fixed price contract as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation to the vendor. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) 140P823Q0072. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04 and are available in full text through Internet access at http:// www.acquisition.gov/far/. This is a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 812930 (Parking Lots and Garages). The small business size standard is or $47 million in gross receipts for the past three years. A base year purchase order with four (4) Option Years is contemplated. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will include one base year covering (October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024), and four Option Years covering services from October through September during successive years (if exercised) through September 2028. A site visit is schedule for Thursday, July 13, 2023, at 9:00am. Please see FAR Clause 52.237-1 for more information on site visit.
