This Request for Information (RFI) is intended for information and planning purposes only at this time; and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of the Interior National Park Service. This Request for Information is intended for all Socio-economic groups: Total small business set-asides. This is a Request for Information announcement, no evaluation letters and/or results will be issued to the respondents. No solicitation exists. Therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. Responses from other than the above mentioned groups will not be considered. The National Park Service Golden Gate Major Acquisition Buying Office located in San Francisco, San Francisco County, California, is conducting market research to identify potential sources with the intention to award Service Contract, which has a requirement to provide computer aided dispatch program services for law enforcement that will aid in tracking employees, tracking calls for service, capture data related to calls for service and determine resources to dispatch to emergency incidents. The Contractor shall be experienced in furnishing computer aided dispatch services. The park that dispatch system services will be provided for is Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks (SEKI) located in Tulare County, California. Responses to this notice should include company name, address, point of contact, phone number, and point of contact e-mail, Unique Entity ID, Cage Code, size of business pursuant to North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS). The contract period will be for one (1) base year plus (4) option years from the date of contract award. NAICS Code is 541511. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Responses must be received in writing no later than, 1500/03:00PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) on February 7 2023. This notice will help the National Park Service in determining available potential sources only. Do not contact National Park Service staff in regards to this requirement, as they are not authorized to discuss this matters related to this procurement action, all questions will be addressed during the solicitation stage by the Contract Specialist. All firms responding to this Request for Information (RFI) are advised that their response is not a request for proposal therefore, will not be considered for a contract award. If a solicitation is issued, information will be posted on the FedBizOpps (FBO) web site for all qualified interested parties at a later date, and interested parties must respond to the solicitation to be considered for award. This notice does not commit the government to contract for any service. The government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Request for Information.
