THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. This pre-solicitation announcement will remain posted for a minimum of 15 days. This is not a solicitation document, but a pre-notice of an upcoming solicitation. Full solicitation 140P8621R0028 under the title: DEMOLITION & HAZMAT REMEDIATION of BLDG 112, will be issued electronically on or about July 17, 2021 on SAM.gov. The Department of the Interior, National Park Service intends to issue a construction solicitation consists of furnishing necessary labor, equipment, and material to interior demolition and abatement of hazardous materials at Building 112, the Bay Grounds shop, located within the Fort Mason Historic District in San Francisco, CA. The entire solicitation package, with all attached documents, will be available in Microsoft Word, Excel, HTML or Adobe PDF formats through the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov). Paper copies of this solicitation will NOT be made available. Specific instructions on submitting your proposal will be contained in the solicitation documents to be issued. Contract completion date is approximately 120 calendar days from the date of award. In accordance with FAR 36.204 the magnitude of this contract is between $100,000 and $250,000. Award will be made to offeror providing the best value to the government. The resulting contract will be firm fixed price. In addition to price, the government will evaluate other factors, such as technical capabilities, key personnel, experience, and past performance in successfully completing similar work. This solicitation will be set-aside for 100% Small Business under NAICS code 238910 Site Preparation Contractors with a size standard of $16.5M. Proposals are due approximately thirty (30) days following issuance of the anticipated solicitation. All offerors must establish and/or maintain an active registration and have up to date representations and certifications at http://www.sam.gov prior to closing date of this RFP. Offerors not registered on SAM.gov by the proposal due date may be deemed ineligible for award. The Government reserves the right to cancel this pre-solicitation or issuance of the solicitation at any time.
