This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-06 (effective June 10, 2021). It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. Clauses and provisions can be found at https://www.acquisition.gov. The solicitation number is 140P8621Q0058, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation. The NAICS code is 562211 an associated small business size standard of $41.5 million. This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside, and will result in a firm fixed price purchase order to a single vendor determined to be responsive and responsible. The Government will consider past performance in determining responsibility. DESCRIPTION. The National Park Service, Golden Gate National Recreation Area (GOGA), has a requirement for sewage wastewater removal and potable water deliveries. This includes regularly scheduled removal of wastewater and delivery of potable water, as well occasional emergency services for removal of unanticipated excess quantities of wastewater or supply of unanticipated excess quantities of potable water. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment and shall coordinate with the government to plan and schedule all services described herein to assure that the services are performed safely and effectively. The services are needed on Alcatraz Island, San Francisco, California. The location is only accessible by boat. ATTACHMENTS TO THIS SOLICITATION.
