This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-06 (effective July 12, 2021). The solicitation number is 140P8621Q0055, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation. The NAICS code is 562211 an associated small business size standard is $41.5 million in gross receipts for the past three years. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set Aside, and will result in a firm fixed price purchase order to a single vendor determined to be responsive and responsible. The Government will consider past performance in determining responsibility. DESCRIPTION. The National Park Service, Golden Gate National Recreation Area (GOGA), has a requirement for test and clean residual lead dust following construction in the East Wing of Park Headquarters, Building 201. The work consists of HEPA vacuuming and wet wiping areas that have been exposed to dust containing lead, and possibly other metals or contaminants present in building finishes, following an extensive seismic improvement project. The contractor will conduct wipe testing for lead dust before and after cleaning of building and furniture surfaces commences. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE.
