PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT GOLDEN GATE NATIONAL RECREATION AREA REMOVE DEBRIS AT FORT BARRY RIFLE RANGE RFQ No. 140P8621Q0029 The National Park Service (NPS), Golden Gate National Recreation Area (GOGA), located in Marin County, California, has a requirement for the removal of debris at Fort Barry Rifle Range. The intent of this solicitation is to obtain quotes for the removal of debris at Fort Barry Rifle Range. This procurement is set-aside for Total Small Business concerns only. All responsible sources with Small Business status may submit a quote which, if timely received, will be considered. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562910; the small business size standard is $22 million. Award selection shall be made on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable determination made after consideration of price and factors other than price. All work shall be performed under a single, fixed price purchase order. The RFQ will be available via electronic commerce only and may be accessed on or about May 10, 2021 at beta.SAM.gov.
