PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT GOLDEN GATE NATIONAL RECREATION AREA PURCHASE AND REMOVAL OF CHEMICAL STORAGE LOCKERS RFQ No. 140P8621Q0024 The National Park Service (NPS), Golden Gate National Recreation Area (GOGA), located in San Francisco County, California, has a requirement for the Purchase and Removal of Chemical Storage Lockers. The intent of this solicitation is to obtain quotes for the purchasing, installation, off hauling, and disposing of two chemical storage lockers. This procurement is set-aside for Total Small Business concerns only. All responsible sources with Small Business status may submit a quote which, if timely received, will be considered. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562910; the small business size standard is $22 million. Award selection shall be made on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable determination made after consideration of price and factors other than price. All work shall be performed under a single, fixed price purchase order. The RFQ will be available via electronic commerce only and may be accessed on or about May 3, 2021 at beta.SAM.gov. The prospective Offeror is responsible for periodically checking these websites for any amendments that may be issued prior to the closing date of the RFQ. SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT: Offerors shall be required to have a DUNS number and an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) in order to conduct business with the Federal Government. Offerors will be required to complete online Representations and Certifications at the SAM website.
