This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-04 (effective January 19, 2021). The solicitation number is 140P8621Q0019, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation. The NAICS code is 562211 an associated small business size standard is $41.5 million in gross receipts for the last three years. This acquisition is 100% small business set aside. DESCRIPTION. The National Park Service (NPS), Golden Gate National Recreation Area (GGNRA), San Francisco Maritime National Historical Park (SFMNHP), Point Reyes National Seashore (PRNS), John Muir National Historic Site (JMNHS), Rosie the Riveter/World War II Home Front National Historical Park (RRNHS), Eugene O'Neill National Historic Site (EONHS), and Port Chicago Naval Magazine National Memorial (PCNMNM), has a requirement for hazardous waste disposal needs and emergency response services. The Government is soliciting quotes for firms having the capability to provide services on an indefinite-delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ). The services may be required at any time of the year and at any of the seven Bay Area parks identified. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. The government intends to award a single, fixed price supply contract. An award is anticipated for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantities (IDIQ) type contract to be effective for a period of five years. The Request for Quote (RFQ) will cover services from June 1, 2021 through May 31, 2026 Pursuant to FAR Part 16.504, the minimum quantity that will be ordered as a result of this procurement as well as the maximum quantity reasonably expected to be ordered, will be included in the Request for Quote.
