This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-02 (effective November 23, 2020). The solicitation number is 140P8621Q0001, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation. The NAICS code is 483212 an associated small business size standard is 500 employees. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set Aside, and will result in a firm fixed price purchase order to a single vendor determined to be responsive and responsible. The Government will consider past performance in determining responsibility. DESCRIPTION. The National Park Service, Golden Gate National Recreation Area (GOGA), has a requirement for services for transportation of NPS and contracted employees between Alcatraz Island and the San Francisco waterfront. The base services include 281 trips, 274 trips normal trips and 7 Holiday trips. The work includes Option Item One for an additional 100 trips and will be exercised if the government needs them. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, personnel, materials, supplies, and transportation needed to provide water taxi transportation to Pier and Alcatraz Island. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. The period of performance is January 1, 2021 through September 30, 2021. ATTACHMENTS TO THIS SOLICITATION.
