PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT GOLDEN GATE NATIONAL RECRATION AREA PORTABLE TOILET SERVICES RFQ No. 140P8620Q0055 The National Park Service (NPS), Golden Gate National Recreation Area (GOGA), located in San Francisco and Marin Counties, California, has a requirement for hazardous waste disposal services. The intent of this solicitation is to obtain quotes for the removal of hazardous waste at Fort Mason and Marin Headlands in the Golden Gate National Recreation Area. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, uniforms, supplies, materials, supervision, and incidentals necessary to satisfactory perform services in the manner and at the frequencies set forth in the Statement of Work. This procurement is set-aside for Total Small Business concerns only. All responsible sources with Small Business status may submit a proposal which, if timely received, will be considered. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562112; the small business size standard is $38.5 Million. Award selection shall be made on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable determination made after consideration of price and factors other than price. All work shall be performed under a single, fixed price purchase order. The RFQ will be available via electronic commerce only and may be accessed on or about July 21, 2020 at SAM/FBO beta.SAM.gov (now referred to as Contract Opportunities). The prospective Offeror is responsible for periodically checking these websites for any amendments that may be issued prior to the closing date of the RFQ. SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT: Offerors shall be required to have a DUNS number and an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov) in order to conduct business with the Federal Government.
