The National Park Service, Department of the Interior, anticipates issuing a solicitation for the following project. This is a pre-solicitation notice only and does not constitute a solicitation. Accordingly, no response is due at this time, nor will any questions of a technical or contractual nature be answered. Those questions will only be answered via an amendment to the solicitation, once it is issued. Specific instructions on submitting proposals will be contained in the solicitation documents, it is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or about June 15, 2020. The entire solicitation package, including all attachments, will be available electronically at https://beta.sam.gov/ & https://www.fedconnect.net/ Paper copies of this solicitation will not be made available. The award will be made on a lowest price, technically acceptable basis, to the offeror whose bid is most advantageous to the government. PROJECT SCOPE: This project consists of Parking Lot Striping within Golden Gate National Recreation Area. PARKING AREA STRIPING will be at locations: Fort Funston North and South lots to include Fort Funston Road, China Beach lot, S.F. Memorial lot, Merrie Way lot, Sutro lot, Sloat lot, Baker Beach North and South lots, and Mason Street Bike Path. Place of Performance: Selected area at: Golden Gate National Recreation Area; San Francisco, California. NAICS No. for this project is: 237310 This project is set aside for Total Small Business. Per FAR 52.228-13, ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT PROTECTIONS ARE REQUIRED ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the project magnitude is estimated to be between $100,000 & $250,000. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL MATERIAL, LABOR, EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, AND EXPERTISE NEEDED TO COMPLETE THIS PROJECT IN ACCORDANCEWITH THE STATEMENT of WORK
