Pre Solicitation Announcement The National Park Service, Department of the Interior, anticipates issuing a solicitation for the following project. This is a pre-solicitation notice only and does not constitute a solicitation. Accordingly, no response is due at this time, nor will any questions of a technical or contractual nature be answered. Those questions will only be answered via an amendment to the solicitation, once it is issued. Specific instructions on submitting proposals will be contained in the solicitation documents, it is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or about May 15, 2020. The award will be made on a lowest price, technically acceptable basis, to the offeror whose bid is most advantageous to the government. PROJECT SCOPE: This project consists of the full installation of an underground automatic sprinkler irrigation system, with an automatic irrigation remote controller. The system will be solar powered. Per FAR 52.228-15, PERFORMANCE & PAYMENT BONDS- CONSTRUCTION, are Required. ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the project magnitude is estimated to be between $100,000 & $250,000. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL MATERIAL, LABOR, EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, AND EXPERTISE NEEDED TO COMPLETE THIS PROJECT IN ACCORDANCEWITH THE STATEMENT of WORK
