The National Park Service will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this announcement. The determination for this acquisition lies solely with the Government based on this market research and the information available to the Government from other sources. The National Park Service, (NPS) is seeking qualified small business firms capable of performing monitoring services for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) single award task order contract for Underground Storage Tanks (UST) and Aboveground Storage Tanks (AST) for Yosemite National Park. The work of this contract consists of monthly monitoring and service of eight (8) fuel storage tanks, piping, dispensing facilities, monitoring equipment, alarms, and ancillary equipment at multiple locations throughout the park. These facilities currently consist of two (2) aboveground storage tanks (AST) and six (6) underground storage tanks (UST). See attached scope of work for further details. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561990 All Other Support Services, and the size standard is $16.5M in gross annual receipts. For the purposes of this Sources Sought announcement, the NPS is requesting that interested businesses furnish the following information: (1) Company name, address, point of contact, telephone number, and email address, (2) Business type classification: 8a, HUB Zone, SBD, SDVOSB, ISBEE, WOSB, large / small business etc., (3) Provide a general statement of your ability to provide the services. Responses are limited to 10 pages. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firms believing that they can fulfill the requirement may submit a written response, clearly showing its ability to do so without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a response, which shall be considered by the agency. Information received will be considered only for the purpose of determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses due November 10, 2023, by 5 p.m. Pacific Time.
